These terms govern your use of elevatedmediagroup.co and your engagement of Elevated Media Group ("EMG," "we," "us") for photography, videography, audio, graphic design, AV consulting, or workshop services. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to them.
If you sign a service agreement with us, that signed agreement governs your project. Where these terms and your signed agreement differ, the signed agreement wins. These terms fill in everything the agreement doesn't cover.
A date is reserved only when both a signed service agreement and the required deposit or session fee have been received — an inquiry or conversation alone does not hold a date. Unless your agreement says otherwise:
Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area and are always quoted before you commit.
Session time begins at your confirmed start time regardless of arrival. If we must cancel due to emergency, illness, or equipment failure, see Section 7.
EMG retains copyright in all photographs, video, and audio we create. Clients receive a personal-use license to their delivered images — print them, share them, post them — unless your agreement grants broader rights. Commercial use (advertising, resale, brand marketing) requires a commercial license arranged in advance. We may display selected work in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Delivered images may not be altered, filtered, cropped, or modified in any way that misrepresents the original work without prior written permission — this includes social media filters, third-party editing apps, and AI-based enhancements. Your images carry our name; we ask that they stay true to what we delivered.
Photography sessions include a proof gallery for selecting your images. Final edits begin after your selections are submitted. No part of any order — including previews — is delivered until the balance is paid in full. Delivery timelines we quote are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — quality comes first, and complex projects can take longer. Galleries remain available for a minimum of 90 days after delivery; download and back up your files within that window.
Print products are produced by professional labs and require payment before lab submission. Because prints are custom-made, orders can't be returned or refunded once submitted, except for defects in materials or production — defective items will be reprinted at no cost.
You're responsible for securing permission for any private locations you choose, for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for the conduct of your guests at events. We reserve the right to end a session that becomes unsafe, with fees treated as earned.
If we cannot perform due to equipment failure, illness, injury, or other emergency, our liability is limited to, at your choice, a reshoot of the affected session or a refund of the amounts you paid for the affected services. In all cases, our total liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid us for the project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Active clients receive a private code to view their project's status. Your code is your access key — keep it private. The tracker is provided as a convenience; project details shown there are informational, and your agreement and invoices remain the official record. We may update or modify the tracker at any time.
These terms are governed by California law, with venue in San Bernardino County. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms by posting a new version with an updated effective date.
