Elevated Media Group ("EMG," "we," "us") is a full-service media production company based in Victorville, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you use elevatedmediagroup.co or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to deliver your project, we never sell it, and you can ask us about it anytime.
When you submit our booking, contact, or review forms, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email, phone number, and information about your project or event (dates, locations, preferences, and similar details). When you become a client, we maintain project records that track your session through our workflow, including payment amounts and payment status.
Payments are made directly through services like Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay. We never see, collect, or store your card numbers, bank details, or payment credentials — those stay between you and your payment provider.
Photographs, video, and audio created during your session are part of your project and are handled under our Terms of Service.
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) maintains standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and performance. Your browser stores one preference locally: your light/dark theme choice. That setting never leaves your device.
We use the information you give us to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and agreements, schedule and deliver your project, process print orders, send you updates about your project, and keep business records as required for tax and legal purposes. We do not send marketing email lists, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Active clients receive a private project code that displays the status of their project, session details, and balance information. Your code is your key — anyone who has it can view that project's status page, so please don't share it. Tracker access is limited to one project per code, and all administrative access is authenticated.
We're proud of our work and may display selected images from client sessions in our portfolio, on this website, and on our social media. If you'd prefer your images not be used this way, just tell us in writing (email is fine) at any time and we'll honor it. Requests in your signed service agreement always take precedence.
Client galleries are guaranteed to remain available for at least 90 days after delivery, and may remain available longer at our discretion. Project and payment records are retained as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time (see below); we'll honor it except where the law requires us to keep specific records.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold about them, to request a copy of it, to request correction, and to request deletion. We extend the same courtesy to everyone, resident or not. To make any of these requests, email info@elevatedmediagroup.co — we'll respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
Our services are contracted by adults. We photograph minors only as subjects of sessions booked by a parent or legal guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
