Elevated Media Group provides AV consulting services for churches, nonprofits, schools, and small businesses throughout the High Desert and Southern California. Most of our AV consulting clients are houses of worship navigating the shift to hybrid services. Whether you're building a livestream from scratch, upgrading an aging sound system, implementing in-ear monitors for your worship team, or training volunteers to run production confidently — we provide expert guidance tailored to your space, your budget, and your team's skill level.
We are vendor-independent. We don't sell equipment and we don't earn commissions. Our recommendations are based entirely on what works best for your situation. If you need installation labor, we can handle it directly or coordinate with your preferred installer.

We visit on-site, assess your existing equipment, evaluate acoustics and sightlines, and deliver a clear written report with prioritized recommendations — whether that means a minor adjustment or a complete overhaul.
Our assessment covers audio (speaker placement, console capability, microphone inventory, signal routing), video (camera placement, switching, projection/display), lighting (stage, house, architectural), and streaming infrastructure (encoders, platforms, network). You get a roadmap, not a sales pitch.

Once we understand your needs, we design the system. This includes equipment selection (brand/model specific), signal flow diagrams, rack layouts, cable runs, and a detailed proposal with tiered pricing options so you can phase upgrades over time if budget requires it.
We oversee installation to ensure everything is done correctly — whether your team handles the physical work or we bring in our own crew. After install, we tune the system, configure software, and document everything so your team can operate and troubleshoot independently.
Equipment costs are separate and billed at cost with no markup. These rates cover design, oversight, configuration, and training.

Training can be a single hands-on session or a structured multi-week program with custom documentation. We also offer ongoing technical direction for organizations that need an experienced TD on-site during services or events.
