Questions & Answers

What joining the roster actually involves, how bookings are handled, what's guaranteed, and what isn't.

For Artists

Joining the Collective

Joining the Collective involves a professional production package — artist portraits, a filmed interview, a studio recording, and a performance video. Package options and pricing are discussed individually after we review your application. We don't publish pricing publicly because every artist's situation is different, and we'd rather have a real conversation than give you a sticker price that may not fit what you actually need.

A full professional media package you own and can use anywhere: professional artist portraits, a filmed multi-camera interview (video and written transcript), a professionally recorded song, and a performance video. On top of that, a dedicated profile page on the Elevated Collective roster and a team that coordinates platform inquiries from first message through signed booking contract.

Founding Members are the first artists to sign on during the launch phase of the Collective. In exchange for helping establish the roster, they receive our lowest production pricing of any tier. Founding Member pricing closes once the initial roster slots are filled. If you're interested, the best move is to apply soon.

You set your own base rates for different types of work during onboarding. When an inquiry comes in through the Collective, we coordinate the quote with the client using your established rates and take a booking commission on the final amount. The percentage is discussed as part of your individual agreement.

Gigs you source yourself — through your own network, referrals, or personal contacts — are 0% if you handle the logistics yourself. If you'd like us to handle contracts, scheduling, and payment on a self-sourced gig, we can do that for a flat 15%. You always know what you're earning before accepting any booking.

Yes. While your contract is active, you get discounted access to every service in the Elevated Media Group catalog — additional recordings, branding work, music videos, headshots, event coverage, AV consulting, and more — all at a significant discount off standard rates. You also earn a referral credit for every new artist you bring onto the roster who signs.

No. We want to be upfront about this because it matters. The Elevated Collective is a production package attached to a curated platform — not a pay-to-be-discovered scheme and not an artist management or talent agency service. What you're guaranteed is the finished media package, the profile page, and active coordination on any inquiries that come in through the platform. We cannot guarantee how many gigs you'll get, how much attention your profile will receive, or that your career will take off because of the platform. That part is still up to your craft, your network, and the market.

Only if they meet our quality standards. We're a curated roster, which means consistency matters — a hodgepodge of amateur and professional content undermines the platform for everyone on it. If you already have professionally recorded audio or professional photos that match our standards, we can work with those and adjust your package accordingly. Otherwise, we produce everything in-house.

Contract terms start at 12 months and may extend based on your specific agreement. Exact terms depend on factors like pricing tier, discount level, and whether you're a Founding Member. This is walked through in detail during onboarding — nothing gets signed until you understand exactly what you're committing to.

Working musicians who take their craft seriously. That includes session players (keys, guitar, bass, drums, strings, horns), vocalists, worship leaders, music directors, producers, voice actors, and singer-songwriters. We're not looking for hobbyists and we're not looking for stars — we're looking for serious, reliable talent that other musicians and music directors would want to hire.

For Clients

Hiring Talent

Browse the roster, find someone who fits what you need, and send an inquiry through the contact form or the artist's profile page. We respond within 1–2 business days. From there we confirm availability, walk through rates, handle the contract, and get everything set up so the artist shows up prepared.

That's fine. Reach out through the contact form and tell us what the gig is — the style, the date, the role you need filled. We know our roster. We'll recommend the right fit based on availability, skill match, and experience with similar work.

Rates vary based on the artist, the type of work, duration, and location. Each artist has established rates for different kinds of gigs — studio sessions, worship services, events, concerts, recording sessions. Send an inquiry with the details of your project and we'll quote you directly.

Every booking goes through a contract that covers cancellation, no-show policy, and replacement terms. If an artist on the roster cancels or no-shows a confirmed booking, we work with you on a replacement from the roster where possible and the artist is accountable under their Collective agreement. Full terms are laid out in the booking contract before you confirm.

Yes. Multi-date bookings, retainers, and recurring engagements are all possible and often come with better rates than one-off gigs. Let us know in your inquiry and we'll structure it.
